CHILDREN PRICES

• Children under 3 years: 10 € per day*
• from 4 to 6 years: 25 € per day*
• from 7 to 14 years: 40 € per day*
• from 15 years: 30 % reduction on the overnight stay amount*

LOCAL TAX

Municipal residence tax, which is used for the development and maintenance of infrastructures; € 2.80 will be charged per day and guest. Children under 14 years are exempt from the tax. The local tax will be stated and charged separately on the invoice on departure.

CANCELLATION 

• Cancellation up to 31 days prior to arrival will not incur additional cancellation fees.
• Cancellation within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 40% of the total amount booked.
• Cancellation within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 60% of the total amount booked.
• Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 70% of the total amount booked.
• In case of initial departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation fee of 70 % of the booked, unused days will be charged.
